Questions clients usually ask
How much will my project cost?
It depends on what you need. After a free first call we send a fixed price broken into milestones, so you know the full cost before we start. Smaller integrations often take just a few weeks.
I only have an idea. Can you help?
Yes. We help you shape the idea, design it, build a first version to test with real users, and grow it from there. Many products start as a conversation.
I’m not technical. Can I still work with you?
Yes, most of our clients aren’t. Explain the problem in your own words and we’ll handle the technical side, keeping you updated in plain language.
Will we own the software?
Yes. On custom projects the code belongs to you once the project is paid for. We can also host and maintain it for you if you prefer.
Do you work with businesses outside Zambia?
Yes. We work remotely with clients in any time zone, with regular calls and demos so distance is never a problem.
Can you connect to the systems we already use?
Almost certainly. We have connected software to payment providers, mobile money, banks, government systems such as ZRA Smart Invoice, and many third-party tools. If a system can be connected, we’ll find a way.
What happens after launch?
We don’t disappear. Our support plans cover monitoring, fixes, security updates and new features, so your system keeps improving.
